Hello Falcons! I am so happy to be part of the falcon family as the academic coach and one of the site based specialists. I am originally from a very small county in Southern Illinois. I graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2012 with my Bachelor's in Elementary Education. My career at CMCSS began in the fall of 2013, and I have had the privilege of working with 4th and 5th grade students at both Norman Smith Elementary and Oakland Elementary. I have also had the privilege of teaching multiple grade levels during Summer Learning Camp in the district. During the summer of 2020, I received my Master's Degree from Concordia University. I am currently working toward earning my Ed.S in Educational Leadership through Arkansas State. I look forward to a fabulous year full of hard work and goal conquering!
